Hes not coming back, he has 2 movie in the works, and besides he got out of his contract with the wwe.He is doing a movie called Spy Hunter, and also the voice of Spy Hunter.

No, he is not coming back. Like I said before, the only way he would be back is if The Wild Samoans were inducted into the hall of fame as they are his uncles (I believe this is correct). Sorry about that.
