Yes, if all four have compatible wireless cards and the router includes a wireless switch. If not, some routers also have wired switch ports you can use with wired PCs. You can mix and match the wired and wireless.
Beware, if you have 2.4 GHz telephones in your house or live close to one in an apartment building, the telephones can interfere with the wireless switch. We noticed that our network connection would get interrupted when the telephone rang. If you want to use both, change to 5.4 GHz wireless telephones.

Sure you can, Each machine will need a wireless network adapter. Once that is done you should be able to set up your network with ease.
