Cold air intake, high flow catalytic converter and a flowmaster muffler, like the 40 series.

I would do these for starters:
Autolite double platinum spark plugs.
Taylor (or Accel) 8mm spark plug wires.
High Performance Cap and rotor.
Change oil and filter, and use a synthetic 10w-30 oil (or at least synth.blend)
Much beyond this I can't tell, not without knowing make and model, but:
