probably 50 or 60 miles if you don't run the headlights, radio or any fans.

There is no set time limit, it depends on how much voltage your drawing and how many amps and the lenght of time.

A set of head lights may last two to four hours on a fully charged deep cell battery with no alternator.

It all depends on your battery's strength and condition, where you are driving and how many electrical accessories are running.

With a weak battery, it might not even start the next time.
But I've driven over 400 miles starting out with a fully charged 1000cca battery and running absolutely NOTHING (no fan, no radio, no headlights, no nothing, I even got careful with the brake pedal). And that's all one straight drive, no turning it off and re-starting either.

Depends how many accessories you're using, like lights, wipers etc. I would just get to a garage or home, it won't go for long, today's cars use a lot of electronics to run things like the computer, tranny, injectors and so much more.

Well, let's see. Assuming all you are doing is sitting at idle with no lights, radio or air conditioning MAYBE 15 minutes. That's a big maybe. My suggestion, get a new alternator.
