exercisers with dumbbells, you don't have to have the heavy ones 8lbs is good enough, just get yourself into a routine, ya know. also walking or running a mile everyday with either ankle/wrist weights isn't such a bad idea (endurance). Most importantly remember not to push yourself beyond your limit, you want to get stronger not injure yourself.
