I agree with Dalton K. A 1990 Honda Accord uses a timing belt, and a balance shaft belt. Both are located at the front of the engine. (Front of the engine being the DRIVER side of the car)

Nowhere. Honda's have a Timing Belt, not a chain. It is located under the timing cover, behind all the accessory belts and pulley's on the front of the engine.

It is located in the 30,000 mile maintenance kit along with the new clutch brake pads and rotors etc.
