It is not far distance-wise, but any travel in the Phils is torturous and long due to traffic and windy roads. I would agree that it will take around 5 hours by bus, jeep, and 4 hours by private car or van. Walking is out of the question, haha.

naguilian? in Ilocos Sur? Well, Naguilian is in La Union, one of its town. I'm not sure if there is Naguilian in Ilocos Sur because the place is really found in La Union, a province near Ilocos Sur.
But anyway, from Bolinao Pang to Naguilian, LU, It would take you around two to three hours more or less.
For added info, Naguilian is the first town in La Union from Baguio if you take Naguilian Road or Quirino Highway.

sir, i don't know. i've never been outside of tondo proper much. the longest trip i've ever taken was from my barong-barong house to the megamall. it was a long trip, sir, for i traveled on foot the whole way. it was hard on my poor, little foot because i only had one tsinelas at that time, so i hopped all the way to the mall and back. what was really sad was, when i got to the mall, the security lady did not let me in because i had no proper footwear and according to the mean lady, i stunk to high heaven. wouldn't you too if you had to hop to the mall from tondo? i was really sad so i cried. my tears made tracks on my cheeks as they washed the soot off. the trip took me two days of hopping. i was so glad when i got home. nobody noticed i was even gone for two days, sir, because my parents were passed out drunk those two days. so, sir, can you spare a quarter? salamat po in advance.
