Always do due diligence. ...before you give private info to anyone. Lots of scams out there - I'm not in Georgia so cannot comment on the firm you mention. There is no website....
I'd be careful because it sounds similar to other firms.
If you need a loan - why not a local banker?

are they members?? if they aren't there may not be anything but if there isn't anything, then that it good.
