on WORD? You know the ones where if you want to write a poem about horses, you describe horses, and have the words around an imaginary horse shape

i think you go to it, then insert a transpert or white horse shape. Next go to format. I think you clik on picture or formating....or something.
i'm not 100% sure.

A concrete poem is in the shape of something the poem is about.

I usually just type and use the space bar or the center function in format to get the lines were I want them.
