No. Transvesticism is just dressing up. You don't need an education to dress up in a costume, or clothing of the opposite sex.

Look on the web and find a good support group in your area. Go to a meeting - there will be people there who are willing to help you - or they can direct you to professionals who can help w/make-up, hair etc.

I don;t think there is a school per se that you can attend, but do what you feel naturally, talk with others and you will find yourself the way you want.
