You're probably really pretty but your body image(the way you feel and think you look) is terrible. Don't worry, you probably just THINK people don't notice you, when they think you're gorgeous and don't know what to say.

First of all you need a self-esteem boost. You need to like yourself before others can, and second, if you are in high school, people are cruel and shallow. I always dressed just like the girls in my school, but they never saw the real me either. Or rather they didn't give me a chance. I look back now and I am glad. I am 25 years old and the only one from my school to have married young and stayed that way. I may not have a lot, but what I do have you can't buy. That is self respect, love, and values.
As far as clothes go, I have found it is too difficult to follow trends. You can always get a few trendy pieces and pair them with items that never go out of style. The key is knowing how to flatter your body type. You need to balance it all out. If you are larger on top, you want to wear things like A line skirts and wide, straight legged pants. If you are wider on bottom, you want to wear tops that come in at the waist, and pencil skirts. If you want to look taller find skirts that come just about the knee. Then you also need to find colors that are flattering to your skin tone. If your skin has pink undertone, you want to avoid hot pink because it makes your skin look red. If you have an olive complexion avoid pale yellows, pinks, and blue. They tend to wash olives out. The list could go on, so what I suggest is if you have someone who style or taste you admire take them with you. There are also professionals who could help, but they charge a lot of money. There are boutiques that have people there to help you. Try checking out some makeover television shows too. As ridiculous as they may seem, the professionals really do know what they are talking about, and even though they can't be with you can get advice from the people they are working with and its free...except for the cable bill that is...LOL.
You can also try a change in makeup, but don't go over board. Younger girls and women tend to think purple eyeshadow is cool, and it can be if done right, but you want to show natural beauty. Don't be fooled into thinking natural is makeup free. Makeup is meant to enhance not to add or create a new face. Also get a new flirty haircut that you can do quickly and love.
Just remember that everything should flatter what you already have. You don't want to change yourself, you just want to get noticed.

first of all you need to know that everyone is beautiful in their own unique way. I have thought that I was ugly before too but then i found out that it doesn't matter, I am who I am and looks aren't the only thing that is important in someones life. second of all you need to gain self confidence in yourself and find your beauty within. No new clothes, haircuts, makeovers, or anything else is going to give you the self confidence you need. The one thing that truly makes a person beautiful is their personality....not their clothes, hair, nails, etc.

presentation makes a difference. Get the hair done with a little drama to it, do the clothes, the grooming and hygiene, the brows and makeup in the latest trends, but make sure you don't look overdone in the makeup area and most important of all, let the best traits of your personality shine through it all and try to feel confident in your own skin. The more comfortable you are with yourself, the more comfortable people will be around you. Walk with confidence, speak with confidence, and be confident ( not arrogant!)

Go to a reputable salon and talk to a stylist there. See what she or he tells you. Sometimes a new hair cut and different clothes can help. If you need to lose a little weight do that. Remember be cheerful and smile alot. Your personality means alot even though some people overlook it. Good luck.

Work on your self esteem the way you perceive yourself is the way other people view you. So if you see yourself as beautiful in the inside and out that's the way other people will see you.

Change ur attitude. if u think ur ugly, others will think so too. dont focus on what people want you to be. focus on what you want to be. you cannot please everyone so dont waste life trying. be happy with who u are and have fun. also just do things that WILL make u happy. go to a spa, salon, shopping or something. it will rejuvenate you and you will be happy and people will notice. hope this helps

Go to Glamour Shots and get some pictures taken. They will do different kinds of shots with different hairstyles and makeup, etc. Plus you can talk to them and they might be able to help you out with what you are searching for.

Aw :( The first this to do is not think of yourself as ugly! When you have a low opinion of yourself it shows through when talking to others. Self confidence makes a big difference.
Try going to a makeup counter and trying on different makeups that accentuate your features.
