All of Cingular's current plans include mobile2mobile which means that you and your girlfriend or anyone else you know with
Cingular will be able to talk for free all day and night. Cingular's plans are nationwide so it dosn't matter where you are in the US.

Most likely you will not get charged for mobile-to-mobile calls belonging to the same service provider. This may depend on the plan in question. Call Cingular and find out.
