I do actually, although I call it "exercising." I was athletic in my school days and just never gave up the habit of keeping fit. I do some aerobics and some free weights, plus take walks every evening. I was ill for a couple of years and couldn't do much. When I was well enough to start exercising again it made me feel so much better.

yeah, it's pretty much required because i have a gym class every other day. i love it, we have our own workout room for our school, so there are all these great machines.
