are there any contests on the radio or tv maybe some dance clubs anywhere there might be a contest or a promotion for him music stores like that you never know maybe get chummy with a manager at a club or see if you can get to one of the security guards and see if he can take you before the show starts and get in early use a story like he is your ride and you are visiting the city and you are staying with him

By knowing him personally, or by winning one in a contest. Can't buy them, and you usually can't beg one either (depending on your willingness, I suppose...).
