The only way to make them bigger is to get implants or to gain weight.
The other option, which does not make them begger, but will make them appear bigger is to work out the chest muscles. Mush ups, bench presses, etc. As the muscle size increases, it pushes all the fat tissue forward, making you appear larger up top.

Depends on what cup size you're happy with. Only way to make them get bigger faster is to get implants.

My wife always said more than a handful is wasted. Believe me, I dated a girl who'd been enhanced and I didn't care much for them.
