Does anyone know why when I check that little box it does nothing? I have had other computers that it did remember my user name but, not this one or the one at work. HELP!! Thanks in advance!

Enable cookies and make sure that your brower history doesnt get deleted when you close your browser...
good luck...
also you can make it a favorite or homepage after log in will give it a better chance of workin... have never had issues with any of mine...

you have already blocked cookies from that site if you clear all cookies and start again the box will work or if you know which cookie you blocked you can just delete that one but those are hard to find.

IVE LEARNED THAT IN MY YAHOO MAIL BOX I NO LONGER HAVE THE OPTION TO REMEMBER MY IDEA BECAUSE ON MY FIRST LAPTOP I TOLD YAHOO NOT TO. MY 2 OTHER MAIL BOXES AND VARIOUS OTHER SITES I DONT HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH THAT PARTICULAR MEMORY BUT MY UNDERSTANDING IS THAT WITH YAHOO, MY FAVORITE MAIL BOX, I WILL NEVER HAVE THAT OPTION. PERHAPS YOU AT SOME POINT TOLD THAT COMPUTER OR THAT SITE NOT TO REMEMBER YOUR IDEA AND GOOD FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY HAVENT. ONE OF THE TRUISMS OF TECHNOLOGY.

OMG I know it is making me so upset, when I check it it deffinitely desn't remember, thats why im buying a MacBook. Everything just works.
