I don't know. Being a celebrity used to mean the person had some kind of talent, but now it seems like you can be famous for being famous. I work with a guy who looks a little bit like Jared from the Subway commercials, and people have even asked for his autograph. How lame.

well pl are obssed because they want to learn more about these people who acted incredibly, marvelous movies when pl see these odinary pl act they are intrigued and want to learn and get more info on the person's lifestyle guess thats why they become celebs my favourite is kate winslet and brad pitt. i think they are great at there work and desrve full recognition for it.altough some pl may over do it its good to have these icons.

cuz they're called ppl in the news!! pop ppl!! :) and plus the media makes them such big wigs!! thats why ppl are after their news and obsessed with them.... i love lindsay lohan!
