Totally normal. Your early symptoms of pregnancy will resemble pms signs with cramping. Spotting and brownish discharge is normal as well, it is a sign that that the fertilized egg is implanting itself to the uterine wall. It is early so not all pregnancy tests will be able to detect your hcg hormones that indicate pregnancy. You are more likely to get a false negative than a false positive. If one test already came out positive, then you're pregnant. Make a doctor apt so you can have an ultrasound to make sure everything is where it should be and then they can also determine your due date. Congrats!

Try not to stress, the brown discharge is actually old blood from your last period, there is a good chance that you may be pregnant. Take a pregnancy test about 3 days after you period was due, they are designed to work when your period is late as your hormone levels are higher.. If you are pregnant..the pressure in your abdomen will be caused by your uterus getting ready for the babies growth, it is perfectly natural, if you experience heavy bleeding or cramping then go see your G.P.
I had my period through my whole pregnancy with my first child, and experienced what you are experiencing at the moment with my last two children..
Good luck

Welllll i do think you are pregnant. Women can bleed during their pregnancies, although it isn't talked about in books or web sites much, it happens OFTEN, especially in the first trimester and especially around the time you expect one! So.. you probably just used up all your hormonal pee with the other test.. The evening really is the worst time to test, and so is after gulping a bunch of water to make yourself have to go sooner. Test in a day or so, THE FIRST PEE OF THE MORNING and you will find out "for sure" (even though i am really sure you are! a m/c is typically much worse than that when it comes to bleeding and cramps, btw) Also, the discharge.. is it a little more than usual? If so.. you TOTALLY are preggo! I had the same thing :) SO congrats and good luck!

Very possible you are pregnant. The discharge is more than likely implantation bleeding. I had it with my first pregnancy and it was also brown and pinkish and only appeared a tiny bit on my panties.

The negative is concerning, but probably only because the test was less sensative and taken at night. Definately call your OBGYN and tell them what's going on. They'll get you in right away and probably do an ultrasound just to confirm everything is okay :))

I too had loads of bloating/pressure that felt like gas when first pregnant. And, it's a common pregnancy symptom, but it does get better after the first trimester.

When I was pregnant with my first child, I got a very light period that only lasted two days. That was what made me go and get a test done. I tested positive about 4 days after my period was due. I don't think you have anything to worry about, but you need to go and see your doctor anyway and get your pregnancy confirmed. Don't keep doing home tests, as it is possible to get a negative result when you are indeed pregnant, as the pregnancy hormone is high in the beginning then drops off as you progress with your pregnancy.

It sounds like implantation bleeding. Before I found out I was pregnant I cramped everyday for 3 weeks before my period didn't come and I took a pregnancy test. The pressure you are feeling is most likely gas. Try the ClearBlue Easy Digital test and try to take it early during the day.

I am in the same boat, i have the same exact symtoms. I opted to call the doctor, i have an appointment next week. But before i did i spoke with a friend that works in the field, and she said if you aren't pregnant you may have a bladder or urintract infection. Good luck

It isn't normal to spot but it isn't abnormal either..what concerns me is the negative test..I would definitely go into the doctor to have him check you out to rule out an infection..or something else that needs to be taken care of.

Good luck to you

You should go to the doc . You may have an infection. And he can do a preggo test on you.
