The Princeton Review always puts out a list of "most beautiful college campuses." This year, they selected
Pepperdine University
Agnes Scott College
Sweet Briar College
College of the Atlantic
Mercer University - Macon
Flagler College
Rhodes College
Sewanee - The University of the South
Mount Holyoke College
Swarthmore College
Loyola Marymount University
Kenyon College
Wellesley University
Colgate University
Princeton University
St. Mary's College of Maryland
Scripps College
Washington and Lee University
Vassar College
University of Richmond
I've visited several of them myself, and can testify to the beauty of Sweet Briar, Mount Holyoke, Swarthmore, Kenyon, Wellesley, Vassar, Colgate, and Princeton. I'd also add Smith to the list.
My favorite? Vassar, but I am biased (Vassar alumna). Sweet Briar is breathtaking. Really.

My college Lewis and Clark College, has a beautiful campus.
Willamette University also has a beautiful campus, a river runs through it.
Some people think the University of Washington has a nice campus, and while scenic I wouldn't call it beautiful.

Any historical college, Harvard and Cornell are beautiful. William and Mary, Rollins College are nice for smaller schools.

You're going to a college for it's looks? Hopefully it's a vacation or something and not going for a degree.
I've always liked Harvard, Northeastern, and Boston College. I'm biased to Boston though.
