How old is your child?

If your child is younger than 3 months then change diapers or wipes. If it continues, change your child more often.

If they are older than 3 months sounds like possible teething rash, Triple Paste works wonders but it is a little pricey. Although it can last a long time. All my children had bad diaper rashes like you described. It is very painful to them. Sometimes instead of using a wipe, use a warm washcloth until the bleeding has gone away. Once it has cleared try using A&D ointment to prevent it. Unfortunately, some children have sensitive skin and this will continue until they are almost ready to be potty trained (once their teeth are all in) Be careful to give a lot of juices/fruits while the diaper rash is present.

Could be a reaction to the cream or diapers. Go see you doctor. Before you put cream on make sure the area is completely dry or else the cream will trap the moisture against baby' s bum. Also let baby go around with no diaper- air is a great cure.
One of my children had a terrible rash- bleeding and peeling- it was a reaction to the cream. We changed the cream and gave the bum fresh air, it cleared up in no time.

Let the baby go with out a diaper for a little while so the air can get to this. It could ablso be impetigo if it is yellow crusty and hurts when touched. If that is what it is Neosporin would help because Impetigo is a bactira infrction and Neosporian is anit bactirial. I you can put the baby in cloth diapers for a small time. all of this will help with the pain.

some wipes have alchol in them that could cause it if ur useing really cheap diapers like hmmmdry bottoms from walmart they cause rashes in 2 differ friends sons. i would use A& D oitment it comes off better and works better for really bad rashes. then the other rash stuff or put liquid anti acid in diaper to lower the acid in pee which could cause it. change more often more naked time and warm baths more...even a pan to soak bottom in.

Some kids get a diaper rash when they are teething. Have you tried desitin? You also have to keep the diaper changed alot and put a good coat of Desitin on it. You should really take the baby to the doctor.

Maybe it's the diapers you use. I had similar problems with my son. Also try letting him go diaperless for a couple of hrs to air and dry his bottom. However I, highly suggest you take the baby to the pediatrician asap.
