Master cylinder not releasing pressure completely.
Push the brake pedal, release the pedal, and check for residual pressure in the brake cylinder at the bleeder valve.
There should be NO pressure.
Or, jack up the front tire off the ground and see if you can turn it by hand with it in neutral and parking brake set. you should be able to easily.

Man, I don't see how on earth you can do all that work and still have a problem with it. And not be able to identify it. That is the weirdest thing I've heard in a while. Are you sure you put the caliper back on right? That is the only place that brake dust and noise will be coming from.Just trying to help. Wish I could be there to help with this one.

you might try having the brake rotors turned. may be warped especially if you get them from a parts house. also you might think about using a different brand of brake pads if you are using the same type each time. but remember in most the brake pads today there are metal particles in them that will make a noise. usually it only makes a noise for a day or so unless you are using a cheaper brake pad that may have bigger pieces of metal in them. you might also try a ceramic pad that does not have metal in it and does not put off near as much dust. good luck to you
