I have a laptop,with the fan on the bottom,and the fan runs all the time and it get pretty hot. Is there something I buy to keep it cooler?

I dont have a fan cooler,thats what I was wondering about,something I can buy to help keep my laptop cool

you can buy a cooler that you set the laptop on, it's powered by the usb port. Mine is the same way, I usuall just set somthing under it to lift it up and increase the airflow.

buy an air duster spray and spray the fan while it is working, the best way is to open you laptop and clean as many things as you can with alcohol, your fan might be ok, but you could have lots of dust in the machine, also laptops are harder to cool even the new once by default than desktops.

what kind of cooler do you have. because if you have a fan cooler for your laptop it shouldn't get hot at all.

you sould have a cooler in your laptop, if your cooler is not working that's diffrent. repair fan

1. turn the lappy off
2. take the battery out
3. get a strong vacuum
4. turn it (the vac) on
5. suck the fan port at the bottom of the lappy till your satisfied
6. put the battery back in
7. power it up
8. enjoy quietness -- repeat when necessary
