how would u describe their political spectrum?

For the most part I believe the court is essentially reactionary. All Justices listed (aside from Roberts because he is fairly new) have made more than a few decisions contradicting their supposed policital ideals. I mean these are extremely fair and intelligent people, so to label them politically is always going to be a matter of opinion. The reason they are labeled politically is how they interpret the constitution, so I think its useless to try and label them according to a political party. Originalist, progressive, etc. (I'm sure anyone who has been to law school is familiar)would be a better classification. For example Scalia reads the constitution very traditonally and strict. Thus he is labeled a conservative. I truly believe that this group of people (the supreme court) try their hardest to use the constitution in making their decisions.

i don't consider your fact. i've got confidence there are 4 conservatives for effective, and 5 liberal justices. Their interest is meant to be reading the U. S. shape. in basic terms Justice Suder admits to creating his judgements consistent with different materials previous the form.
