when you take your goggles off to go eat or talk to someone, don't put them on your forehead. The temperature change of the heat from your forehead to the freezing cold air creates the moisture in your goggles. Also the sweat on your forehead will also help to create moisture in your goggles. (Fogging of the goggles is moisture and the icing is the frozen moisture.)
It's better to either fully take the goggles off or drop them to hang around your neck
also... do not touch/wipe the inside lens of the goggles. Most new goggle lens (definitely the Anons) already come coated with anti fog stuff. wiping it will just wipe away the stuff that stops fogging.

use anti-fog paste on the lenses, you must take the lens out of the frame first. If you wear a facemask putting it over your nose will fog up your goggles. If that don't work, the lens might need replacement.

Buy anti-fog spray. I use it on my paintball goggles and it works great. Just don't buy too cheap.

if you wear a mask then i know exactly what your problem is. you need to pull your mask down over your nose and breathe through your nose.
