YOU have to make some connections with folks that can showcase her. She has to pay her "dues" first with her stand up on the comedy scene. Then she has to join the union so she can actually talk on television let alone tell her jokes. Then once again YOU have to line up connections. Subscribe to Hollywood Reporter, or some type of entertainment publication that will keep you up on auditions and stuff. But YOU have to mix and mingle and be out there networking. YOU should always be on the "hunt" for your clients. YOU should be living...breathing....sleeping...comedy gigs. Or find a venue and showcase her yourself with a few other comedians..And it wouldn't hurt to grab a couple investors...But she has to be able to make them laugh the hardest. Good luck.

Well, despite what others have said - here is a thought for you, why not try MySpace. I know it is so cliche, but make her a page and maybe put on small audio or video clips of her stand-up. It might just find you clubs that would like to have her or other gigs that would be suitable for her.
