Yes, but it will probably be dug up and moved at least once or twice. Possibly cremated to get rid of evidence of foul play.
I don't think her daughter will make it to college. With almost a billion dollars at stake, I guess that she will have a fatal incident/accident/overdose before she reaches the age of majority.

I know this sounds cruel, but Anna Nicole's daughter graduating college? That's very unlikely.
First of all it seems that Anna was doing drugs all through pregnancy, let's just hope this little girl's brain isn't already fried.
Also, the thought of being brought up by someone who wants you because of money. What is that going to do to the poor child? She's probably being raised by a nanny right now.
She'll probably end up like Anna. But, I get your point.

yeah. i heard theyre gonna announce the exact place and when. check on google or any other search engine. Just read this i found on yahoo: "She asked an appeals court in Florida on Monday to overturn a judge's decision that authorized the advocate to decide where to bury Smith. The appeals court issued a stay, meaning that for now her remains cannot be moved to the Bahamas." do u understand now?
