Maybe he's losing interest or maybe he met someone else or maybe he really doesn't have time for you right now. Sometimes when we get super busy in our lives, we don't have time to always put our relationships first. If it's a temporary thing, like he's working on a project or just got a promotion and needs to get acclimated to his new role, the mature thing to do would be to step back a little and give him the space he needs right now. If you're secure in your relationship, that shouldn't be a problem. Otherwise, take his actions as a hint and move on.

Do not contact him again. Make him call you. Until that happens, do not sit around waiting for him to contact you in any way, shape or form. Go out with your friends, go to the mall, do whatever you have to do but do not wait around for him and do not pursue him or you'll just look pathetic and desperate which will turn him off.
Guys want what they "can't" have, not what is readily available to them at any given moment. Don't make yourself available to him that easily. Play a little hard to get. Even if it just means your time or attention. And when he does call you, make him wait before you call or e-mail him back by atleast a day. Trust me, it works everytime. And if it doesn't, then he's not the guy for you.

stop being so nice to him and either go out with other guys or just plain dump his butt. If he is too busy with doing work, yeah it's understandable. But bitching about sending you an email doesnt give much to the relationship.

you can better discuss that with him but before that i'll tell you something :
whenever a girl adores a guy and he know that , he starts to pretend busy !
just play busy you too and he will feel the change in your actions towards him and he will try to be with you for longer time..
all the best

Really reassess your relationship. i had the same problem. Why would you want to be with someone who doesnt want to spend time with you. He may not be in love with you anymore sorry if this is truth. But this may be the reality. Talk to him about it and if he refusses to not listen then leave you deserve better. good luck

if he's too busy with himself and doesn't have time for his love life, then maybe you need to go talk to him, and say how you feel, that is what relationship is about. COMMUNICATIONS IS THE KEY.
