I would try to practice two types of jumping. Multiple quick jumping, like 10 times hitting the back board for 5-10 sets and then for single high jumps do swats and calf lifts.

Keep working out on your calf muscles. Each time that you jump up point all of your toes downward with the force that you jump up. Also work out on your ankles to help support your weight and helps your ankles be just like a spring. Try it because it really helps.

to jump high ud have to work ur calves and hamstrings and quads, pretty much ur entire lower body. do standing calf raises, leg curls, leg extentions, etc to work those muscles. but its more than just being able to jump high, u have to box out and be at the right spot. u can expect to get every rebound just by jumping high, i guess ud have to have the instinct, like ben wallace.

Jump up on somthing sturdy like a bench and then step down. Repeat for like 10 reps. Add weight by using a medicine ball. Your jumping height will increase!

jumping is not the only way to be a great rebounder. you must be very good in boxing out. that's the most important thing. even the highest of leapers get beaten by the players who box out very good.

Do a lot of squat jumps. You squat down to where your thighs are parallel to the ground and jump as high as you can over and over. You will defintely feel a burn in your thighs! Thats a good thing and will help you

Practice. Eastbay has some calf building shoes you should check out the website below.
If you don't want to get the shoes, do lots of calf raises and run sprints/ hills.
