a bad event happened and i always remember it ?and have thoughts like
will people like me after that?
will someone someday come and tells me "i hate u because of that "
is that PTSD?
what is the solution?

Therapy and medications. There are supposedly some treatments that use a type of flashing light therapy which claim to have been successful for people with this condition. Many people mistakenly confide in people who are not professionals or have your best interests at heart.This is true at work and at church. If it involves crime issues that can be a different story. Some paranoias might be related to drug use or other health issues that can affect your judgements especially sleep deprevation and diet.But, see a professional for an accurate assessment.

Many years ago, I read a book titled Living, Loving and learning by Leo Buscaglia. It teaches about loving oneself first to be capable of loving others, then to be love in return. To become a fully human being accepting life as it is.
Look for it, It helps me a lot.

Anxiety - living in the future
Depression - living in the past
Live in the present.

You become self confident by allowing yourself to do creative things.

Self Confidence also comes from "doing the right thing", even when no one is looking.

I suggest reading some books on PTSD. What you asked can not be properly answered in a paragraph or two.

You only need to be concerned about what people think of you in a job application situation.
There you need to convince the other person that the past has no influence over what is to come.
All the others can do as they please because winners are grinners and the rest can please themselves.
