The romans drew lots to see who would get it, because a one peice garment woven in one piece was a special thing. Do you guys think she knit it, or is it a lost craft?

As to weather Mary knited the garment the scriptures do not say. Jesus could have bought a garment made from the finest of materials if he had chose so. We know that money and possesions were of no real importance to him, as a gold coin was fetched from the mouth of a fish to pay taxes to Cesaer.
But here is something to ponder and very interesting. Matthew 27:26 Then he (Pilate) released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered HIM to be crucified.
Most people were never crucified after a scourging, simply because most did not live through a scourging. It was always a bloody mess. Remember He was (Jesus) scourged beyond reconigion. Interesting enough, It does not say if His clothes were on or off, but either way they would be blood soaked. But watch this: Now verse 28...And they stripped Him and put a scarlet robe on Him. Verse 31...And when they had mocked Him, they took the robe off Him, put His own clothes on Him, and led Him away to be crucified.
Now this is the interesting part! In reference to His garment being a special thing....verse 35 which you reference to...Then they crucified Him, and divided His garments, casting lots, THAT IT MIGHT BE FULLFILLED which was spoken by the prophet: "They divided My garments amoung them, And for My clothing they cast lots." * It was not the garment that was special but the one who wore that garment, the casting of lots for His garments was prophecy being fullfilled, pointing to Jesus as the Messiah.
