My computer website history is gone. It was there yesterday. Also the history in the web address bar is gone to and it was there yesterday to. Can it just delete on its own or did someone have to manually delete it? Thanks for the help!

Someone definately had to manually delete it. There is no way in Windows to set it to manually delete ITSELF. Hope this helps.

after many many days your old history (for ex: from a month ago) will dissappear on it's own, but if it was just yesterday I think it was done manually.
you can delete manually by highlighting the day folder you want to delete, or just select one website, and press delete or backspace on your keyboard. You can also click "tools" at the top bar of the window, then "clear private data" and then choose what you want to do.

In most cases your history file was deleted
Tools>Internet Options>Delete Files or History
under Temporary internet files

History is deleted every few days automatically unless you change the settings under tools/options

Go to www.mozilla.prg, search for their Tech Spoort Forums, it's free, and you post the question, you will get the answer you need, it happened to me once but I forgot how I recovered it, but I was able to as long as you don't delete the Mozilla Program Folder from your computer
