Like the others have said, If Derek Trucks is there, you can expect a good dose of Derek and the Dominoes. Clapton didn't do some of his big ones like "Badge," but he did "Crossroads" with Robert Cray for an encore, so that made up for no "Badge." He opened with "Pretending," which made for a great opener. A more unknown one, he did "Got to Get Better in a Little While." The music was of high caliber of course. What I like was how there was an opprotunity made for every guitarist to solo in many of the songs, Clapton let the others shine. Of course, nothing can prepare you for the opening riff of "Layla" live...hearing it in person blows any other version away, it nearly threw me out of my seat. Aside from the music, the lights were fantastic. They weren't simple effects but they didn't steal the show either. I saw him in Birmingham, AL but we all know that the song list may differ for your concert. When you walk out of the arena with a ringing in your ears and feeling a little hearing loss, you'll realize it what an amazing experience you had.

I agree with Julia the show was fantastic. I have seen Derek Trucks many times with the Allman brothers and with his own group but doing Eric's songs well it brought back visions of Duane Allman. Doyle Bramhall was also there and pretty great too. The opening act was Robert Cray who I had not seen before and am now a big fan of. If you like the blues he is good.....he even got a few songs in with Eric. I saw them last Oct at the Mohegan Sun in CT

Yes, I saw him in September.
The show was amazing. If you love jams, you will not be disappointed. I'm not sure if he is still touring with Derek Trucks, but if he is, you're in for quite a show. Trucks is pretty much a guitar prodigy, he has got to be one of the best slide guitarists ever. Hearing the two of them perform "Layla" was an incredible thing to hear.
Even if Trucks isn't there, I'm sure the show will be good. Clapton played so many songs, I can't remember them all. It's a blues show, to be sure.
