Most oral acne treatments are not advised during pregnancy, and should be avoided. You may also have some concerns about the safety of topical acne creams during pregnancy.
Obviously, you want your baby to be in perfect health when he or she is born, and you avoid activities that could put your baby at risk, such as smoking, alcohol consumption, and the use of prescription and non-prescription medications. Topical acne creams are applied to the skin, but can be absorbed through the skin, and enter the bloodstream.
However, the amount of topical acne cream during pregnancy that is absorbed through the skin is quite minimal. The most common active ingredients that may be found in topical creams are: benzoyl peroxide, hydrocortisone, salicylic acid, erythromycin, clindamycin, sodium sulfacetamide, tretinoin, adapalene, and azelaic acid.
The majority of these ingredients have been scientifically proven to be safe to use topically during pregnancy, however, there are risks associated with the use of some of these medications. Topical creams that contain sodium sulfacetamide should not be used during the later stages of pregnancy. Studies have found that this can lead to newborn toxicity, resulting in anemia, jaundice, and kernicterus. Studies show that it is safe to use this medication, topically, during the first two trimesters of pregnancy.

That is a very good question. I don't believe it would be harmful because alote of women break out during pregnancy and you would think doctors would advise you of this but maybe not. You could call your pharmacist, they would definitely know.

I don't know if it is. I do know anything with Retin-A is harmful in pregnancy. Call up your ob/gyn to ask.
