I had a miscarriage in August of 06. My doctor advised me to wait for 3 months and then start trying again. We started trying again in November and I'm still not pregnant. My cycles have been normal and still nothing. I had been on birth control including the pill, deproprovera for a year and also the nero plant. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

So sorry to hear about the miscarriage. What a pity. But listen, dont give up.
Keep in mind that although your doc says to wait 3 months, your body knows best. OK? Now, when your body is able to carry a baby and is willing to accept one, it will. U just gotta give it a little time.
Some suggestions to up your chances are a Basil thermometer. very effective and inexpensive.
Perhaps an ovulation kit from a pharmacy.
Obstain from sex with hubby for a few days and allow his sperm count to raise. Then on 3rd day try.
U can use all these techniques as one unit. Calculate ovulation, use basil thermometer to pinpoint it, and obstain for 3 days prior to calculated ovulation.
It will increase your chances alot.
But still, keep in mind that your body knows best. The docs may say ok, but your body is not cooperating at the moment. Just give it time. It will happen when u r ready.
Much luck hun.

being on depo could be the problem how long ago has it been since your last depo shot. i know many women who have taken depo and the first tme they got pg after it they miscarried and then got pg several months later so for now i would just take prenatal vitamins drink lots of water to detoxify from all the birth control go to fertilityfriend.com and read about charting and temping good luck it can take anywhere from 4 to 24 months to get pg after the shot!

Perhaps your doctor will found out. But it might be a psychological problem. I know some women that, tired for trying without success, adopted a child. They got pregnant right after.

The best thing I can tell you is to be patient and let it happen when it is suppose to happen. I thought I couldn't get pregnant, me and my ex tried for 6 months and nothing happened, and now me and the guy that I am with now wasn't even trying and I got pregnant off of "pre-***" So all I have to say is, when it is meant to be it will be everything happens for a reason and God knows whats best. I'm not trying to be negative but maybe its not meant for you and your guy to have a baby together. Just be patient and everything will fall into place.
