Oprah is very inspirational and instuctional. She exemplifies the epitome of how not to use your own money to make money. She always gets others to donate money to her causes. Then people, the lemmings they are, actually believes that she donates millions of dollars to charities and relief efforts. Oprah's Katrina relief efforts were paid by Wal-Mart, and other big corporations. Her shows are capped off with giveaways to her audiences that are paid for by, you guessed it, corporations! Corporations will always pass off the cost of donations/giveaways onto the paying consumer. Next time you see a rise in the price of goods, you can thank Oprah.

No. She says she is a Christian, yet she is currently plugging "The Secret" which claims to be "The Secret to everything - the secret to unlimited joy, health, money, relationships, love, youth: everything you have ever wanted." Something that is not Christian.

no not at all, she does all this crap without really putting heart into it, she does it for money and popularity, she has totally forgot where she came from and instead of doing work here in new orleans by building new schools here in america she tries to play ms popular and go over to africa to build schools. she is a snob and does not care about the lower class here in America and its sad.

I used to think she was, but as she became more wealthier, she lost that "realness" that attracted many to her in the first place.....
