During the civil war over 1000 black Africans were lynched in New York City alone. so many many many 1000s of blacks were killed by whites during that war in the northern states..I haven't heard of any Yankees lynching people since the 1970s.not 1990s.
I am sure you know what it is your asking.but I really dont have any idea what your real question is about.did someone hang a friend of yours, did the state put someone to death?what or you asking dear.
