Porn is in the eyes of the beholder, and the court system. It is extremely difficult to completely be able to identify porn because everyone has a slightly different standard. During the middle ages people would be put to death for displaying themselves by your discription, today you might laugh at that. Does that make one of them right and the other wrong? There have been a lot of cases where one picture has been found both as porno and as not. How and where do you draw the line, on how it looks or on the emotions that it arouses?

A simple and enforcable definition would be appreciated by all.

That description can be considered pornographic to some but for many other's it's called ART. There is no correct or absolute answer, everyone will answer this question differently, it depends on their views.
For me, if the picture is done tastefully it would be ART (not porn), anything suggestive would be porn( no question).

It's considered "erotica" or an advertisement for women's underwear.... one or the other. Calvin Klein uses models similarly. Erotica is not porn, but it is suggestive and if it arouses "lewd desires", some might argue that it has the same effect of pornography. How old are you by the way??

Everyone has a different view on what pornography is. Pornography is defined as any material designed/intended to sexually stimulate the viewer. To answer your last question, just go by american television's rules- No nips, no vagina, no clam from behind showing=not porn

Depends on what the viewer thinks. Porn is just Eye Candy!! The women are mostly fake with long nail, and hair extensions, and other things such as camera tricks. This just takes your money!! This is just what I think.

I would not consider it to be porn if you cannot see those areas. That is no different than a woman being in a bikini swimsuit you can see her stomach, arms, and legs but just not the "private" areas.

It's an erotic picture not porn, big difference. If they can show it on regular TV, it's not porn. That's like PG-13, come on.

Porn is short for pornography. It's a representation of the human baby in sexual behaviour with the goal of sexual arousal in picture or movies. It can be consider as arts if all private parts are covered.

i dont think so..it's just a picture..If there were many pictures like that, and some of them were showing more..or perhaps all, then i think it would be considered porn. But what you're describing, i think would just be a picture. NOT PORN.
