It appeared in C:\WINDOWS. can i delete them? because i don't want to keep junk file or folders or whatever that i can't use no more.

I would not Delete anything in the Windows folder, it contains all your system files

Did they just appear? Or have you installed new programmes. If just appeared that could indicate something on your system. Are they in any particularly sub-folder in Windows. They could be log files. Anyone, it won't hurt to delete them.
