What is an interesting Organism to research about??!?!?I need this for school?

we're making a board game about any organism

i need ideas on any living things (even extinct organisms)

and the idea shouldn't be on something that most people would know about because my teacher would have higher expectations if we do an organsim that was done before i can't list them all but something interesting lol

-You can try doing it on seahorses (the male carries the babies, so they get to choose female)
-or Ants and their complex society configurations
