I am 13-f-florida and I am sorta emo, I hate being depressed but I dont wanan ruin my friendship with my emo friends, I lvoe them but I wanna be prep, I love the otfits but I love emo music, should I go prep or emo?

Dress like a prep and stick with some of your emo friends. Hang out with both crowds. I absolutely adore preppy clothing. Just because you dress a certain way doesn't mean that you can't listen to emo music or you can't hang out with your emo friends. Try a little of pop culture music, hang out with the preppy crowd and still listen to your fav emo music and hang with your old friends.

Personally...how cares? If you freinds don't like you because of how you choose to dress then find new freinds. Clothes really aren't that big of a deal. I know I went through the same thing in high school. I had so many freinds who were emo or punk or prep and they didn't care how I dressed. Those are the kind of freinds you need.

If your friends would walk out on you just because of the style of clothing you choose you'd be better off with new friends anyway. I have more than one style of clothing in my closet and always have. Be diverse...go with how you feel like dressing on a particular day. Besides if you start dressing prep on occasions I wouldn't be surprised if some of your friends would do the same thing. Good luck

ok so you dont have to give up your emo music to be a prep so don't be scared to have to give up your music...now if you want to be a real prep you're going to wear preppy clothes and clothes from hollister and abercrombie are NOT preppy. so understand this, if you want to be a prep you are going to wear clothes from here

Go prep, your friends should accept you for who you are... whatever that may be. Give it a test. The next time you hang out with just one of them... Wear a pink polo, with the collar up, an white sweater over it, nice light, boot-cut jeans, and white sneakers. See what the friend say, or ho he/she reacts. It shouldnt matter to your friends how you dress. Let them love you either way.

Dress however you want! I used to dress like a "scene, emo kid" ... and I changed my style to preppy. I still have all my emo friends and my boyfriend, who has two lip rings and of course the emo hair. They don't mind.

well, u should go for what u think looks best on u, i mean if you friends are considered true friends , then they dont care what you have on, they just want to hang out around you. so i said go PREP

if you love prep style do it but if your friends count more then the style stay emo
