I havent been able to yet.I try,I try writing or music or anything but none of it works...I have never felt this way before and always been able to move on from things that I know I cant have but with this time I just cant distract myself and it only seems to get worse with everyday

Ya know, I'm not sure. I guess it's different things for different people/circumstances. You could just try staying away from a person/food/etc. Or you could enroll in other activities like going to the gym etc. Just depends one what you can't have and why you don't need it!

I do not want things I can never have. If something I desire ends up being something I can't have I find where it really belongs.
