I have never comes across evidence that c-sections raise the risk of stillbirths. There are other risks however, but these may be outweighed by the benefits of having a c-section if, for example, there is fetal distress. Certainly you should never be pressured to have a c-section though.
Ask your doctor what his or her c-section rate is. If it is over 15%, I would be concerned, unless they have a very high-risk practice. A high rate may indicate that c-sections are given even when not really medically necessary.

Cesarean or C section has nothing to do with still birth... however operated delivery can be performed only for three births...

I wouldn't think so. C-sections get the baby out of distress faster. If there was a risk of stillbirth, it was probably there before the decision to have a c-section was made.

No a death due to c-section wouldn't be classified as a stillbirth, it would be classified as an adverse outcome of the surgery.
No but it triples the chance of the baby dying the the first month after the birth.

Not likely. However, C-Sections carry a whole host of risks that shouldn't be taken lightly. C-section should be restricted to TRUE medical emergencies or pregnancies that are so unhealthy that a vaginal delivery would be unsafe.
