it doesnt feel like muscle pain but more like organ pain if that makes any sense.lol

Before seeing a Chiroprator, see your General Physician. You need to rule out kidney problems. Seeing a Chiroprator could make matters worse. Also. what is your posture like? Do you wear a support bra? This can affect lower back also.

You might have skeliosis. JUst go online, and look it up. if you are 17, then I think the doctors can get rid of your back pain. Due to your age, and back pain, it must be skeliosis. Having your pain for a year can be serious to your health. It is best to see a doctor right away.

stress, ur bed, u could have pulled it,
theres loads of things, the best thing is to go and see a doctor who will refer u to a chiropractor and they will help u with ur back.

A friend of mine had same problem it was kidney stones.
