All the answers seemed to be similar or somewhat flat (no depth).
Wisdom relates to the wise. The wise relates not only to having wisdom but also the knowledge of wisdom. The new book "Another Thought" by OC Tross answers this question fully.

There are TWO kinds of wisdom. one is the accumulation of knowledge -the wisdom of the aged and the other is found in this quote I think:

13Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good life, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. 14But if you harbor bitter envy and selfish ambition in your hearts, do not boast about it or deny the truth. 15Such "wisdom" does not come down from heaven but is earthly, unspiritual, of the devil. 16For where you have envy and selfish ambition, there you find disorder and every evil practice.
17But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.


The fear of the Lord is the BEGINNING of wisdom.

Highly creative mind does have the wisdom. This depends on the level of his spiritual position. Highly dedicated and devotional person always has the creativity. He may excel in most of the Fields. So it all depends to the degree of level he has grown.
