You see we have been friends for some time now...she is turning 13 and i want to get her something that is meaningful but i my family is a little low on cash...so it has to be cheap or something really cool that i can make my self...i had a couple ideas but they dont seem good enough...intests:

get thirteen balloons or however many balloons of how many years yall have been frriends, then put something small in them or a message if your low on cash, like a small note saying why she has been such an awesome friend, you could also do a scavenger hunt and make her find your present at the end. Something cute or funny always beats expensive, so a funny picture of you guys doing some crazy faces, a cake with a pic on it, a toy dolphin with a cd inside with a recording of your voice, a super retro party since she likes colors... u know.. anything. Ask me anything if you need more advice! i have a best friend i love to death 2!

Go to a crafts store and get a wooden box. They are about five dollars. Paint it her favorite color and on the top put pictures of you and her or maybe put volly ball buttons on it. Then for the background cut out a brown peice of paper to look like the shore of the beach, the blue for the water. Then print out a picture of a dolphin, put it on and sing happy birthday.

Go to your local dollar store i know it may be cheap, but hey your friend should love you for who you are not what you get her. Anyway go to that dollar store and get like 5-10 things(whatever you can afford) that totally relate to your friendship i'm serious you can find really awesome things at the dollar store buy a cute gift bag and throw some tissue paper and it should be an awesome gift...just make sure nothing says dollar store on it.

maybe you can get her a toy for her cat but a great gift is to buy one of those tubs with popcorn on the bottom and buy some candy and maybe a gift card for the theaters or the movie rental store but if you want to be more personal you can buy her one of her favorite movies and put it all in the tub. it usually ends up a little over $20

Why dont you burn her a cd of songs . Get her a cheap polk a dot shirt at target or walmart.or hit the dollar store up!If she was your real friend it wouldnt matter what you get her
