iv been in a flood personaly when i was 4yrs. First thing that happens is anger from the ppl toward the city or governor, ect, ect.

Dont know about economy i was in a realy small town in Texas so economy i dont remember.

I remember my mom widowed at the time having only me and my brother to take care of.

We had to and everyone else had to be evacuated on one of those boats with a big fan....forgot what thier called.

Anyway eveyone was poor in that town and it took a while befoe ppl fully fixed thier homes from damage. i would say it took like 2 yrs maybe more to completly fix the house which was new walls cuz of the water and mold from it and the pipes throughout the house.

Moms car was totaly Ruined.

Basicly its a B*^%$
