Outlook Express question...?

Question

On some e-mails I receive from people, they include a picture as an attachment. In some of the e-mails, Outlook Express gives me a message "Outlook Express removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your e-mail: Picture.jpg". In other words, it stopped the picture from being downloaded. I searched through the settings but could find no place to remove this filter. Anyone know where it is?

In outlook express, click on tools...options...security tab and uncheck "do not allow attachments to be opened/saved"
