I live near Worcester and I am in DESPERATE need of a new job...I have looked so much and so long I think I've exhausted my brain. Please help me find reception/and admin type positions FT making at least $12/hour. Even telecommunting would be awesome!

If you need a full time job quick I suggest you go to monster.com or hotjobs.com. From personal experience I know they have way more listings than the newspaper or anything like that. I don't know what your qualifications are but you can probably find something paying more than $12/hour.

Have you tried www.careerbuilder.com or temp agencies in your area? They are always looking for receptions and admin people. Also hospitals are usually in need of receptionists or telephone people.
