I've been this height since i was 12, but weighed about 60 kg until i was 15 (approx 45-50kg) now i weigh from 35 to 40kg and am worried that i am going to far but can't find correct info. Any suggetions??

If you feel healthy and are eating properly then don't worry about your weight, you may just have a fast metabolism.. I myself am tiny I'm 32,153cm an weigh 50kg and Ive had 3 kids.. I eat well and don't do any form of exercise and Ive been this height and weight since I was 17... I come from an ethnic family whom are well rounded and they constantly tell me that I look like spaghetti.. I was starting to get worried at one point so I went to see my G.P and after some test found that I was perfectly healthy.. so I stopped stressing.. Some people are just made with a tinier mould.. Just make sure your eating well and taking the right vitamins ( a women's multi vitamin works well to balance things out) But if you are worried it wouldn't hurt seeing your doctor and expressing your concerns..

, 35-40 kgs is not healthy for your height, especially for your age. Be really careful, since you were 12 you lost a lot of kgs (approx. 25 kg), which is considerable. Plus at your age your bones are still growing, therefore you shouldn't neglect your alimention.

If you are 40 Kg you are still in normal limits of Body mass index, if you weight 35 you are underweight. You should seek help with a doctor to see why you are loosing so much weight, are you trying to? If you are trying, are you doing it in a responsible way? Seek your doctors help.
