Just finished watching this dumb show...It seems the kids are coached and trained and I have a hunch they were given the answers prior to show. .. and the contestants pretend not to know the answers....IE: The first contestant who went to UCLA as a history major and in law school didn't know when Columbus day is celebrated? Hard to believe......don't you think .....??? Being he a history major and a grad of UCLA he also didn't know the first US prez to be impeached? Either this is fixed or this guy is really retarded and got his UCLA degree out of a cracker jack box......
Comon..In my opinion and please this is just my opinion,,,,.the network needs to boost ratings on this first show...now...if the adults got all the answers right, would anyone watch this show...??? It'll kill the ratings.... Either ways...I'm not watching.. You be the judge.......But I love American IDOL!!!
Btw...Jeff Foxworthy is an annoying non humorous host! His jokes are so dry the kids are coached to laugh at it....hahaha!

Depends on the Issue.. I mean if we are talking about Playstation 3 for example The 5th grader is going to school me everytime. But if we are talking about politics I'm probably going to know more. (Although i've known some kids that age who are smart enough to hold their own.)

I like to consider myself that way. But perhaps reality could be eluding me once more... Though I do generally believe I am smarter than my younger fifth-grade brother. Then again, he isn't exactly the sharpest tool in the shed. *:) Oh well.
